I am passionate about helping people heal from their traumatic past and empowering them to build a healthier, more fulfilling future.

As a biracial (Mexican + White) therapist, I am able to bring a unique perspective to the session by incorporating my background and experiences into our work together. I utilize an integrated therapeutic approach combining trauma and body-based therapies to support people through their journey.
